We are a boutique integrative health clinic in Victoria BC with a special interest in supporting women across the lifespan. This ranges from menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care and return to activities, menopause, and nervous system support for overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and more. As a team consisting of Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Naturopathic Doctors, Clinical Counsellors, Physiotherapists (including Pelvic Health), Nutritionists and Dietitians, we value collaboration, cross-referral and continued education.
