Listing information and paid placement

Understand what a profile means before choosing a provider.

Information and accuracy

Profiles may contain information supplied by a clinic or gathered from public clinic information. A claimed profile means someone has requested management of that listing; it does not by itself verify every practitioner credential, service or billing arrangement.

Professional registration

Do not interpret inclusion, a plan label or a Featured badge as verification of professional registration. Where a profession is regulated, confirm the individual practitioner through the relevant provincial regulator’s public register. Ask the clinic which practitioner will provide your care.

Paid placement

Standard, Premium and Featured labels describe listing plans or promotion. Clinics may pay for visibility and website or booking links. Payment does not establish clinical expertise, treatment effectiveness or a recommendation for your individual needs.

Availability and insurance

Booking links direct you to a clinic or its booking provider. Confirm appointment availability, practitioner qualifications, fees and insurance reimbursement with the clinic and your insurer. A stated billing option is not a coverage guarantee.

Corrections

If information is inaccurate, use the contact page and include the profile URL, the incorrect information and a public source or explanation. Clinic owners can also use the claim link on their profile. Do not send patient records or sensitive medical information.
