Correct a directory listing
Include the listing URL, the business name, the field that needs changing and the correct information. A link to the clinic’s official page or relevant public register helps establish the source. Do not send health records, insurance identification numbers or other sensitive personal information.
Manage your clinic profile
Use the Claim This Listing action on your clinic’s profile to request management access. If a clinic has multiple locations, identify the exact branch in your request.
Ask about listing plans
Include your clinic name and the plan or billing question. Contacting the directory does not book a clinical appointment; use the provider’s own booking or contact details for care.
